The IT Help Desk is a branch of the Information Technology division. Its goal is to provide students, faculty and staff with a single primary point of contact for technology related issues.

The Help Desk is the single contact point for the customers to record their problems. Help Desk Analyst will try to resolve your issues.  For all issues the Help Desk will create an  incident request (ticket).  Incidents initiate a chain of processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management and Configuration Management.
