American Heart Association classes (CPR) - Sinclair offers the classes listed below. Classes are offered as "for credit" courses only. Participants must be a current student or apply to become a student in order to register and complete the course. Costs associated are at current tuition rates. Please refer to the college course schedule for available classes, days, times, and dates.
ALH 1130 - Basic Life Support Training, 1 credit hour. These classes are typically held 2 full days or 4 half days. Upon successful completion, student will receive a Healthcare Provider card (BLS) and a HeartSaver First Aid Provider card (HSFA).
ALH 1131 - Emergency Cardiac Care, 1 credit hour. When offered, it runs the whole semester, 16 weeks. Upon successful completion, student will receive a Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) card.
ALH 1132 - HeartSaver First Aid, 1 credit hour. These classes are offer in short term, 8-week offerings. Upon successful completion, student will receive HeartSaver First Aid with CPR and AED card.
