Blair Hall Theatre is Sinclair Community College's premiere theatre facility. The facility is an elegant 459-seat proscenium style auditorium that serves the entire community. Located in Building 2 along West Fourth Street, Blair Hall Theatre is the home of Sinclair's Theatre department productions and Music department concerts. Both departments present a variety of programs for adults, families and school children. These performances are an integral part of our student’s arts education and many of the events involve community artists.

Blair Hall Theatre is host to a variety of other events and keynote speakers. Specialty programs include African American History, Holocaust Remembrance, Women’s Awareness, departmental graduations and award ceremonies. In addition, the facility is used by many local organizations for special events, corporate annual meetings and a wide range of cultural programs for the Miami Valley community.

Theatre Technology students have hands-on learning by using state-of-the-art stage equipment, memory lighting technology and the very latest in sound reproduction/recording.

Blair Hall was named in honor of Vincent P. Blair, first Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sinclair Community College, who saw the need and provided the dedicated and devoted leadership to establish Montgomery County's first public community college.
