ACADEMIC CENTERS

Fast Forward Center

Welcome to the Fast Forward Center. The Fast Forward Center is a resource center that serves students who have dropped out of high school or are not attending school regularly. We work with out-of-school youth to determine the “best fit” academic programs to help them earn their high school diplomas. Our mission is to reclaim the futures of out-of-school youth by reducing the high school dropout rate in Montgomery County, Ohio.

Who can use the Fast Forward Center?

Contact to the Fast Forward Center if you are between the ages of 16-21 and are out-of-school or not attending school on a regular basis.

What will this cost me?

The use of the Fast Forward Center and its partner schools and programs, including all textbooks and other necessary course materials, is free.

Why do I want my high school diploma?

Earning your high school diploma opens up your future to new opportunities including:

  • Receiving a Taylor Scholarship to attend Sinclair Community College, where you can get a short-term certificate or an associate degree, or transfer to a four-year college.
  • Joining the military and opening yourself up to other training and career options.
  • Getting a job or starting a career for which you wouldn’t have been qualified without your diploma.
  • Earning more money over your lifetime than someone without a diploma.
