Students, faculty, staff and the public are invited to make reservations for lunch or dinner in Sinclair's fine dining facility, which serves as a learning lab for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students. See below for dates, times and the menu.
Service Monday Lunch: July 8, 15 and 22 at noon—Price $10
Service Tuesday Dinner: July 9, 16, and 23 at 6 p.m.—Price $15
Elite Lunch Service Wednesday: July 10, 17 and 24 at noon—Price $20
Call 512-2574 or 512-2014 anytime between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to make reservations for any of the services.
Reservations are required and must be made five (5) days prior to service. All meals must be paid for by cash or check. No tips are allowed; however, donations to the Sinclair Culinary Competition Team are accepted.
