It's easy to enroll at Sinclair!

Admission is open to all applicants, with the exception of international students on an F-1 visa. Some academic programs have additional requirements that must be completed prior to actually beginning the program. These include the Health Sciences, Paralegal, Police Academy, Early Childhood Education, ASEP, CAP, and Honda PACT programs, as well as A.I.S. and A.T.S. degrees. Degree and certificate seeking students must take a placement test in English and mathematics.

  • If you are transferring from another college or university, contact the New Student Enrollment Center to determine if you need to take the placement test.
  • If you do not plan to earn a degree or certificate and are taking classes for personal interest or to upgrade your career skills, you are not required to take the placement test unless it is necessary to meet certain course prerequisites.

If you previously attended or were accepted to Sinclair within the last two years, another application should not be necessary. If you need to change your name or address, please click here. Completing an application for admission will not update your name or address with Registration and Student Records.

College Credit Plus

College Credit Plus (CCP) offers general education classes that you normally take during your freshman and sophomore years in college in English & Social Sciences and Math & Science. Choose between two plans offering 15 and 30 credit hours. The College Credit Plus program also includes a variety of optional classes from which to choose.
