REACH, a collaborative program between Sinclair Community College, EbonNia Gallery and the Dayton Visual Arts Center (DVAC), celebrates 20 years with their annual conference. The conference provides a wide range of cultural programs and explores the ethnic traditions of the Miami Valley.
