Construction Update: Temporary Perry Street Closure Beginning Monday, May 2

In preparation for the construction of the new Health Sciences Center, Perry Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets will be temporarily closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic beginning Monday, May 2. The closure is expected to last only a few days, and Sinclair Police officers will be on hand to direct traffic. 

• Cars heading south on Perry Street will be directed to turn right onto Fourth and to use the Fifth Street turnaround near the student parking garage.
• The entrance to Parking Lot E, immediately north of Building 9, will also be temporarily closed during this time. Alternate parking and access to the childcare center will be available in Lot EE, immediately east of Building 9 off of Fifth Street.
• Pedestrians are being asked to use the sidewalk along Fifth Street to avoid the closure area.
