AAMI is a program that assist males of color with their academic and professional aspirations. We encourage student retention and maintaining good grades for completion through Sinclair resources and mentorship. 

The program engages students through educational and co-curricular experiences that empowers them to successfully navigate college for completion and cultivates personal and professional growth.  We foster a supportive environment that encourages our members to envision the greatness within and their bright futures.
