Chair of the Personnel and Curriculum Committee

Beth Whelley was appointed to the Board of Trustees by the Montgomery County Commission for a five-year term commencing September 14, 2010, and ending September 13, 2015.  Beth has over 20 years of public relations experience and since 2001 has been a vice president with Fahlgren Mortine (formerly Edward Howard).  She holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a master’s degree from Wright State University. She currently serves the community through board service and is a member of Leadership Dayton. She has been honored as a Dayton YWCA Women of Influence, PRSA Communicator of the Year and by the Dayton Business Journal in its 40-Under-40 Program.  Beth is accredited in the field of public relations.
