Member of the Strategic Linkages Committee

Helen Jones-Kelley was recently appointed by the Montgomery County Commissioners to fill an unexpired term ending July 1, 2015.  Helen is the executive director of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board for Montgomery County, Ohio. Helen is a licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received graduate training there in the fields of Sociology and Gerontology.
