Equal Opportunity Supplier Diversity Program (EOSDP)
Aligned with the College’s strategic direction, Sinclair Community College is committed to the goal of enhancing economic opportunities for minority-owned and woman-owned business enterprises in the Miami Valley. Therefore, Sinclair welcomes and encourages qualified minority and woman business enterprises to participate in contracts. Similarly, we encourage non-minority contractors to demonstrate their commitment to supplier diversity through active partnership with or participation by minority contractors.

Currently, during the 2015 fiscal year, Sinclair Community College has engaged 17 qualified minority and woman-owned businesses in 47 contracts resulting in $582,282 in Tier I spend and $18,601 in Tier II spend. This results in a cumulative spend of $600,883 which is 6.57% of the college's total volume (not including the P-card).

Sinclair's long-term objective is to attain 15% of its annual volume in minority and woman-owned spend. The College seeks to accomplish this goal by cultivating and sustaining the Equal Opportunity Supplier Diversity Program through a number of vehicles including networking at the local, regional, and state levels, enhanced supplier diversity marketing and education, and refined monitoring and granulated capture of spend.
