   Dean’s List

• Must have six or more credit hours of college level course work in any quarter
• Grade point average of 3.4 with no grade below a “C” for that term
  Good academic standing (2.0 or higher)
• Courses with grades of “X,” “IP,” “I,” “W,” “P,” “N,” “U,” "S" or “Y” are not computed
• Dean’s List will be noted on academic transcript

• Noted on academic transcript
• Awarded for cumulative grade point average of 3.4 to 3.899

• Noted on academic transcript
• Awarded for cumulative grade point average of 3.900 and above

ACADEMIC CONCERN

   Academic Intervention (AI)

• All students must maintain a minimum academic performance of a 2.0 cumulative GPA
• Placed on academic intervention first quarter below a 2.0 GPA ("C" grades minimum)
• Students should seek campus resources for assistance

   Academic Probation (PR)

• Placed on academic probation second consecutive quarter below 2.0 GPA
• Must obtain a signature from your Business and Public Services academic advisor before all class registrations
• You should exercise the withdrawal option (consulting your funding source before proceeding) in order to avoid receiving failing or below average grades
• Students strongly encouraged to seek campus resources for assistance

• Placed on academic dismissal third consecutive quarter below 2.0 GPA
• Must submit a Readmission Petition for consideration to the Academic Advising Center; Building 11-room 11346.
