Information Processing Certificate
A one-year program where students learn the ins and outs of personal computer operation. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access are some of the end-user software applications students will master. Plus, basics of customer service, workforce technology and electronic files management are also taught.
