Students completing the Business Operations Systems Support (B.O.S.S.), certificate will have the written and oral communication skills as well as the computer skills needed to effectively support computer operations for a small, medium, or large company. The skills apply equally well to an entry level help desk support position. Technical course work emphasizes operating systems and troubleshooting skills.
