Course Schedule for Mechanical Engineering Technology - CAD Design Concentration (102 Credit Hours)

The Mechanical Engineering Technology (CAD Design Concentration) degree program provides the courses needed to begin a rewarding career as a technician in the engineering field.  As a mechanical graduate, career options are open to a diverse number of fields and companies.  Using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, students complete relevant and practical coursework taught by knowledgeable and enthusiastic faculty.  Emphasis is on design theory and techniques with instruction in three CAD software applications.  For the first two quarters, this curriculum is the same as the University Transfer concentration.  

Graduates move into positions as CAD and design technicians, project managers, sales engineers, consultants, and lab technicians within many disciplines of engineering technology.
