Sinclair Community College and Wright State University encourage you to apply for the Engineering and Computer Science Transfer Scholarship Program, which is a one-third tuition scholarship renewable for two years. Follow the steps below to apply!
Students enrolled in either the Engineering University Transfer (EUT) program or the Computer Information Systems (CIS)/Software Development program at Sinclair Community College may apply for this scholarship. The scholarship is equal to one-third tuition for two academic years (five semesters, including the summer in between) at Wright State University. Students must receive their associate's degree in Fall 2012 or after to be eligible for this scholarship.
To be eligible for the scholarship at Wright State University, students must:
Complete an Associate's Degree in the Engineering University Transfer (EUT) program OR the Computer Information Systems (CIS)/Software Development program at Sinclair Community College with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Apply and be accepted to Wright State University. It is recommended to apply at www.wright.edu/undergraduate-admissions/apply at least 3 months prior to the start of the term.
Submit your final Sinclair Community College transcripts to Wright State University.
Complete the online scholarship application at www.cecs.wright.edu/sinclairscholarship.
Scholarship recipients must:
Maintain full-time status, which is at least 12 credit hours, at Wright State University.
Maintain a qualifying cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 in an engineering or computer science major at Wright State University
