Management
Stage Manager's Booth:
Located at the house right rear of house accessible from door in lobby, audio monitor, headset and paging communication system.
Rehearsal Room:
Room 2L12 may be scheduled as a rehearsal space or a Green Room for a limited amount of time depending on academic schedule and prior arrangement with theatre manager.
Handicapped Access:
Wheelchair access is not available to dressing rooms and stage at this time. Wheelchairs can be brought in through loading doors but there is no access from stage to any facilities.
Policies:
House opens 1/2 hour prior to curtain and normal curtain is 8:00 p.m. Food and drink are available through Corporate Services at (937) 512-3046 and may only be consumed in lobby. Building is a smoke-free environment.
Crews:
Paid Student staff under faculty/staff supervision.
Auditorium
Handicapped Access:
Four (4) wheelchair locations at rear of main level with accompanying companion seating. Handicapped restroom is located at both main level and balcony level of auditorium. Assisted listening devices (ALDs) available upon request.
Load-In Area:
Dimentions: Loading area is at street level and directly accesses USR area of backstage, one truck can be accommodated at a time and must be parked out of fire lane at all times. Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading. Loading door opens directly onto backstage and is 7'–10" wide by 14'–0" high.
Stage Dimensions
Proscenium: 32'-6" wide by 20' high at center (curved at top)
Wing Space: Stage right is 27'-6.5" from wall to proscenium edge, extending full stage depth (24'-4") to loading doors. Stage left is 13'-1" from fly rail to proscenium edge, extending full stage depth.
Grid Height: From deck to grid is 48' with effective flying height of 40'-0".
Orchestra Pit: 8'-5" wide at center line arcs to 3'-1" at ends and is 31'-10" wide, four pre-determined levels (0' stage level), (+11.75" top level), (-3'-4.5" house level), (-9'-1.75" bottom level). Lift is mechanical with controls located stage right behind proscenium, on stage right floor of lift itself and in pit bottom level stage left. Orchestra pit is surrounded by removable railing that is 2'-9" high.
Stage Height: Stage is located 3'-4.5" above house floor
Stage Floor: Stage floor is pine, painted black. Apron and orchestra pit are hardwood finished with a warm pine gloss tone, screws, drywall screws and nails are allowed in main part (black) of stage. Floor much be plugged after use.

House Curtain: Red velour traveler 16" in front of plaster line, manual traveler operation located stage right in alcove position in front of proscenium
Legs: 4 sets, black velour, 12' wide by 23' high, with fullness
Boarders: 4, black velour, 7' high by 41' wide, with fullness
Full Stage: 2, black velour travelers, 38' wide by 23' high, permanently hung on line-sets 11 and 25
Scrims: 1 black, 48' wide by 25' high
Cyclorama: 11, white muslin 22' high by 42' wide permanently hung on line-set 26

Line Set Data
Working Height of Battens: High trim on all battens in 40'. Low trim on all battens is 3'-5" above deck.
Battens: Twenty-six 42' battens, one 1/2" schedule 40 pipe on 6" to 12" centers.
Type: All lines are single purchase
Arbor capacity: Maximum load of 750 lbs. per pipe
Available Weight: 4,825 lbs. available at loading gallery
Loading Gallery: Located SL above stage floor, accessible from stairway outside dressing rooms
Support Areas
Crossover: Crossover paths are determined by hanging plot. It should be noted that stage right is only accessible across the stage so some sort of goods should be in place to provide a corssover lane.
Access: Dressing rooms are locateds tage left; women's dressing room is down small set of stairs stage left, men's dressing room is located in main stairwell outside of theatre and directly above women's dressing room.
Storage: Very limited storage is available in wing area located stage right.
Lighting
Dimmers: 245 Strand Model CD 80, solid state, 2.4K watt capacity
Control Board: Strand 520i memory board, located in control booth at house right rear of house. Can be programmed by either a keyboard or remote, has 24 submaster faders, 250 assignable control channels, has intelligent fixture capabilities.
Houselights: Control locations for houselights are in control booth and a panic control in rear of house in main level.
Front of House Transfer: None Available
Front of House Positions: Front of house 64'-2" at 25 degrees
Balcony rail 13'-6" at 10 degrees
House Torms 13'-6" at 25 degrees
Video and Projection Equipment: Most equipment is available through arrangement with Theatre manager.
Sound
Control Location: Sound Booth is located at rear of balcony on second level
Hearing Assisted System: 10 hearing assisted devices are available at stage management control booth located at house right rear of house.
Monitor System: Monitors are located in each dressing room and in Stage managers booth and Lobby
Production Communications: Clear Com, 18 headsets available, stations located in sound booth, at each follow spot position, 2 in stage managers booth, back of house, SL and SR alcove, SL and SR behind proscenium, 2 USL by fly rail, 1 USR, 1in loading gallery, 1 in catwalk above and in front of proscenium SR, 1 in orchestra pit, and 1 in dimmer room on lower level. Intercom paging system with stations located in stage managers booth, women's dress, men's dress, costume shop, scene shop and technical directors office.
Mixing Console: 1-Mackie SR40-8 console, 40inputs/8 submaster and 4 master outputs. 1-Yamaha O2R digital console, 16 mono inputs, 4 stereo inputs.
Fixed Speakers: Renkus-Heinz TRAP40 3-way coentrant loudspeaker system located Center Stage above and in front of proscenium. Electro-Voice CM12-2 Two-way constant directive speaker system located HR and HL at balcony level.
Wardrobe
Dressing Rooms: 2-Dressing rooms: Women's, 20'-6" x 13'-0" with shower, sink, toilet, and 14 makeup stations. Lockable, walk-in storage closet also included. Men's, 29'-7" x 13'- 0" with shower, sink, toilet, and 20 makeup stations. Lockable, walk-in storage closet also included. Dressing rooms are accessible from stage left with Women's dress being down 1 flight of stairs and Men's dress being up 2 flights directly above Women's dress.
Miscellaneous Equipment
Chairs: Up to 50 chairs are available upon request.
Tables: Up to 6: 6'-0" tables are available upon request.
