Miami Valley Hospital, the Division of Allied Health Technologies and the Office of Admissions are collaborating to promote diversity in the College's Nursing Program and the Hospital's Department of Nursing. Representatives from both institutions are developing strategies to be piloted next year. The group has focused its efforts on two student populations. First, recruitment and retention activities will be targeted for minority Tech Prep students. The second student population is undeclared minority students currently enrolled at Sinclair.
