HMT 2292 Culinary Arts Option Cooperative Work Experience
4.0 Credit Hours
Students earn credits toward degree requirements for work experience. Students already working may apply to use that experience to meet co-op requirements. Students establish outcomes and prepare related reports and /or projects. This course is for Culinary Arts option majors or Pastry concentration students only. Forty hours per week in a related worksite.
Prerequisite: Approval of Department AND Minimum or 20 semester credits hours completed prior to registration for course
