PAR 1103 Litigation

Introduction to the civil system, courts, torts and civil pleadings. The student will develop skills in drafting basic pleadings. Note: This course may be taken concurrently with PAR 1101 and PAR 1102.
Prerequisite:   PAR 1101  AND PAR 1102
