Real Estate (RES.S.AAS)

In the Real Estate degree program, students will acquire a variety of skills in selling, leasing, buying and managing real property. Courses are offered which are required by the Ohio Division of Real Estate for persons taking the real estate sales and brokers examinations. All degree completers will receive the Ohio Real Estate Sales Associate certificate, which qualifies an applicant to take the Ohio real estate license exam. During the program, coursework will help students learn to study property listings, interview prospective clients, show properties, discuss conditions of sale or terms of lease and negotiate loans on property.
