Women’s Basketball Stops Columbus State

Sinclair (15-6/5-4) Women’s Basketball stops Columbus State 78-72 at home

Dayton, OH – Haliegh Hickenbottom (5-7/West Liberty Salem H.S.) records another double/double as she leads all scorers/rebounders with 28 points and 14 rebounds.

After taking a 7 point lead into half (40-33), the Lady Pride knocked down 13 of 17 Free Throws to seal the win for a season sweep of Columbus State.

Following Hickenbottom in scoring, Shannon Campbell (5-10/Miamisburg H.S.) chipped in with 11 points and 4 block shots. Coming off the bench for the Lady Pride, India Taste (5-7/Trotwood-Madison H.S.) netted 10 points and 6 rebounds.

The Lady Pride will return to action this Wednesday as they travel to Cincinnati State for a 5:30pm tip.
