Sinclair College will host the Blue Angels on Friday, July 6, 2012, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in building 14, room 14130. The Blue Angels will be sharing flight secrets and information with Sinclair aviation students, faculty and college staff. This event will be open to the public.

"This visit is part of Vectren Dayton Air Show week," said Aviation Department Chair Kent Wingate. "Sinclair Community College is a long-time sponsor of the Vectren Dayton Air Show, and we are excited about this unique event. We especially want to encourage the Sinclair student body to take advantage of this rare opportunity."

Blue Angels aerial demonstration team are career-oriented officers and non-commissioned officers specializing in flying, maintenance, administration, logistics and supply, and public affairs. The Blue Angels base their selection of team members on professional ability, military bearing and communication skills. Blue Angels officers are well-rounded representatives of their fleet counterparts.

Representatives from the Blue Angels include a Pilot/Officer as well as maintenance people who will be there to talk about their experiences. Parking will be available by building 14 for quick entry/exit.
