Pitching Staff Throws 2nd Consecutive Shutout
Erik Lamka picked up right where Zach Botjer left off on Sunday tossing five scoreless innings Tuesday night against Urbana. Alex Kimsey & Matt Addis added an inning each to complete the shutout. The Pride pitching staff has now had 17 straight scoreless innings.
At the plate, each batter in the lineup collected a hit & every player but two had an RBI. "That might have been the best we have swung it all year," said Dintaman. "We saw 4-5 different arms and it didn't bother my guys at all. Everyone contributed and it was a good team win."
