The Student Leadership Association is planning their second annual Breast Cancer Awareness Event for Wednesday, October 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will be held in the basement of Building 8 and will feature Sinclair clubs, pink merchandise, a Pink Fashion Show sponsored by the Sinclair Bookstore, and tickets to the Pink Balloon Launch and Pink Out Volleyball Game.

Sponsored by the Student Leadership Association, the Pink Balloon Launch will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the plaza outside of Building 7. Students, faculty, staff and the community will be able to purchase tickets for balloons starting Monday, October 3. Tickets will cost $1 per balloon and can be purchased in the Student Leadership Development Office in the basement of Building 8, at the event on October 5 and in various areas around campus, including the Office of Admissions.

To end Pink@Sinclair, Sinclair students, faculty and staff will participate in the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, followed by the annual Pink Out Volleyball Game, on Saturday, October 15. The walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. Those interested in participating in the walk can sign up in the Student Leadership Development Office in the basement of Building 8.
