2010 Journalism Workshop a Success
The Clarion held its annual high school journalism workshop on Tuesday, Nov. 30. Nearly 100 students attended the workshop that began at 9 a.m. and ended at 12:15 p.m.
Nine Dayton Daily News journalists presented various sessions that included topics such as “Interviewing” and “Finding Story Ideas.” Kevin Riley, the editor of Dayton Daily News, gave the keynote speech on “Good News, Bad News.”
Sponsored by the Clarion, all of the editors and staff help with the event.
