Sinclair Theatre Holds Open Auditions
For Shakespeare’s Complete Works

The Sinclair Theatre Department will hold open auditions for its winter production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged on January 10, 2012 at 6 p.m. in room 2L12 on the downtown Dayton Sinclair campus.

Production dates will be April 19-22 in Sinclair’s Studio Theatre. The play is an irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s 37 plays in 97 minutes by
Adam Long, Daniel Singer and Jess Winfield. It will be directed by Stephen Skiles, chair of Sinclair Theatre and Dance. Reed Martin of the Reduced Shakespeare Company will serve as artistic consultant.

The cast is comprised of three male actors. Those auditioning should prepare two monologues: a 1-minute Shakespeare and a 1-2 minute contemporary comedic. Callbacks will be January 11th.
