Sinclair Men's Basketball Signs second out of Roger Bacon H.S.

Dayton, OH - Jeff Price (Men's Basketball Coach) announced today that Sinclair Community College has signed Jabriel Coaston (6-6/Cincinnati Roger Bacon H.S.) to a National Letter of Intent.

Jabriel helped lead Roger Bacon to a 20-6 overall record going a perfect 10-0 in the Greater Catholic League as well as a Quarterfinal appearance against Thurgood Marshall in the 2010-11 Division II Boy's Basketball Tournament.

Leading the Spartans' in both scoring and rebounding, Jabriel also ranked 10th in GCL scoring averaging with 12.6 points per game and 4th in GCL rebounding by grabbing 7.9 boards per game.

He was one of 4 players from Roger Bacon to be named to the 1st Team All-GCL that included Sinclair Signee Gavin Schumann. Jabriel also received All-Southwest District honors as well as District 15 honors.

Joining Lakota East's Cameron Lee and Roger Bacon teammate Gavin Schumann, Jabriel becomes the third signee from the Queen City this spring. Sinclair Men's Basketball team is coming off four consecutive 20 win seasons as well as being ranked simultaneously in the top 20 of the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) polls.
