Tartan Pride Drop to Owens in OCCAC Action

Dayton, OH – Sinclair Men's Basketball team hosted Ohio Community College Athletic Conference opponent Owens College today on the campus of Sinclair. Poor from the free throw-line, fifteen for twenty-six, led to The Tartan Pride's demise and lose to Owens 84-80. Owens had 48 free throw opportunities converting at 79%.

Leading the way for The Pride was Kevin Vest (Dayton Carroll) with 28 points with 11 rebounds and Trotwood-Madison product British Alexander added 17. Sinclair continues their slide and drop to 18-8 overall and 5-7 in conference.

Sinclair will return to action at home on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 6:00 PM as they take on Lakeland College.

Sinclair basketball is played at the Physical Activities Center in Building 8, on the campus of Sinclair Community College.
