    Mission
The Black Women’s Think Tank (BWTT) is an annual conference dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and improving the lives of women of color. BWTT strives to build networks of women across generations, ethnic/racial groups, and socioeconomic levels that evoke personal and communal change.

This year's theme is "Safari, Life's Journey"

It's time to experience transition and reinvention in our lives, it's time to "Safari, Life's Journey" and move forward as wiser women. We must continue to unite with one another, to use our voices to help empower women, and to help those who struggle to balance responsibilities of work, children, and aging parents.
