GetUp encourages kids and families to adopt four simple steps, called 5-2-1-Almost None. That easy-to-recall behavior “prescription” stands for:
Getting at least
5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
Committing to no more than 2 hours of computer, video game or TV time.
Getting 1 hour of active play overall (can be four 15 minute periods).
Drinking almost no sugary beverages. Put down the pop; drink water or milk!
