FAFSA Workshop Dates

Workshops are currently scheduled at the Dayton campus for the following dates, times and locations below. Scheduled workshop information is subject to change without notice.

In order to complete the 2017-2018 FAFSA (for the Fall 2017, Spring 2018, and Summer 2018 semesters) or the 2018-2019 FASFA (available October 1, 2017) students must bring the following - please note that the 2017-2018 FAFSA requires the relevant 2015 income information, and the 2018-2019 FAFSA requires 2016 income information:

To complete the 2017-2018 FAFSA (to attend fall 2017, spring 2018, and summer 2018) students must bring:

  • FSA ID (fsaid.ed.gov)
  • Student’s 2015 Federal Income Tax Return
  • Parent’s 2015 Federal Income Tax Return (dependent students only)
  • Student’s 2015 W2s, 1099's or form Schedule C
  • Parent’s 2015 W2s, 1099's or form Schedule C (dependent students only)
  • Parent’s social security number, birth date, marital status and date (dependent students only)
  • Amounts of any additional income received such as child support, social security, welfare benefits, etc. (documentation is not required)
  • Eligible non-citizens - bring your permanent resident card
  • Ink pen and paper
 

If you do not have a copy of the federal tax forms, you can request a Tax Return Transcript from the IRS by calling 1-800-908-9946 or by visiting their website at www.irs.gov/transcript.
