Students may submit Financial Aid & Scholarships forms and other requested documentation in the following ways.

  • At any Sinclair location
  • To the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office, 444 West Third St., Dayton, OH 45402, Building 10, Room 324
  • Emailed to finaid@sinclair.edu (emails must come from the student's Sinclair email)

Please complete all documents in black ink. The preferred format for emailed forms is PDF; no photos.
