The Financial Aid & Scholarships office will communicate with students via their my.sinclair email account and Web Advisor. Every student automatically has a my.sinclair email account after their application for admission is processed. The Financial Aid & Scholarships office will use this email account to notify students of updates regarding their financial aid and should be checked regularly.
At any time, a student may access Web Advisor to review their financial aid awards and student account information.
New students will receive a letter with their username and password for Web Advisor and their my.sinclair email.
Username: firstname.lastname (sometimes followed by numbers).
Password: Pass and the last four numbers of the student's Social Security number (Pass4517).
