Sinclair’s Service Learning office is working with AmeriCorps Members from Children's Hospital to promote community health.
Christina Cherry and Kiera Wheeler, AmeriCorps members, will introduce the campus to Health Professions Affinity Community program.
This program prepares students to be actively engaged citizens capable of enacting tangible change in our community.
Student groups will be encouraged to identify a community health issue and develop strategies for making measureable improvement on the issue.
