The Southwest ABLE Resource Center is one of four regional centers that serve Ohio Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) programs funded by the Ohio Board of Regents.

Our goal is to help ABLE programs provide quality education and meet standards set by the Ohio Performance Accountability System (OPAS) for Adult Basic Literacy.

We accomplish this by offering professional development opportunitiestechnical assistance and instructional resources to ABLE programs.
In a broader context, the ABLE Resource Centers promote basic adult literacy through advocacy and collaboration with regional and national organizations.
