A Vintage Affair Event Celebrates Sinclair History
This year marks the 125th anniversary for Sinclair Community College. Did you know that David A. Sinclair, the college’s founder, once wrote a recommendation letter for Paul Laurence Dunbar, the black Dayton native who died in 1906 but not before becoming a world-famous poet?
More information about the history of Sinclair will be shared through an archive display during the sixth-annual A Vintage Affair event on Friday. Guests can even get their picture taken with "David Sinclair" in the photo booth.
