Tartans Out Last Clark State CC 66-56

Sinclair (5-1/0-0) Men’s Basketball out lasts Clark State CC (4-7/0-0) 66-56.

Dayton, OH – Sinclair Men’s Basketball team won it’s first road game of the year by beating Clark State CC 66-56. 

After trailing by as much as 11 in the first half and 5 at the break (29-34), Sinclair rallied behind solid full court man to man pressure to pull out a 10 point margin. The Pride survived a very tenacious Clark State team coupled with a very cold shooting night from the 3pt line going only 17%. Leading the way in scoring for Sinclair with 15 points off the bench was Freshman Guard Jared Nolan (5-8/Jefferson H.S.). Nolan’s former H.S. teammate, Sophomore guard Derek Ober (6-3/Jefferson H.S.) chipped in with 13 points and 6 rebounds.
 
The Sinclair Men’s team will return to action on Friday the 4th of December (7:00pm) for non-conference match up at Wright State - Lake.
