Sinclair Preble County Learning Center Set to Open
Eaton, OH – The Sinclair Preble County Learning Center is set to open its doors to nearly 200 students on Wednesday, September 9. But before that can happen, the PCLC will host a ribbon-cutting event to thank the partners, donors and numerous vendors and builders on Friday, August 28, at 10:30 a.m.
