Dayton, OH - Jeff Price (Men's Basketball Coach) announced today that Sinclair Community College has signed Charlie Byers (6-00/Cincinnati Moeller H.S.) to a National Letter of Intent.

Charlie helped lead Archbishop Moeller to a 20-3 overall record going an impressive 9-1 record in the Greater Catholic League (GCL) as well as a Quarterfinal appearance against LaSalle H.S. in the 2010-11 Division II Boy's Basketball Tournament.

Byers is the third player signed this year from the Greater Catholic League (GCL) as he joins Roger Bacon teammates Gavin Schumann and Jabriel Coaston. Today's signing brings the total number of GCL grads on the Pride roster to four as they will join returning forward Jonathan Bibbs from Dayton's Chaminade Julienne H.S.

Sinclair Men's Basketball team is coming off four consecutive 20 win seasons as well as being ranked simultaneously in the top 20 of the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) polls.
