Dayton, OH – Sinclair Women’s Volleyball wins at Edison to even the conference record at 2-2.
In one of the closest matches of the year, Sinclair pulled out a 15-12 win in the fifth and deciding to earn its’ first Conference road victory. All five games were closely contested with very few easy points. Down 2 games to 1 and heading into the 4th game, Sinclair stayed alive with a 2 point win to push the match to a deciding game where Sinclair would finalize the win 3-2.
Edison Athletic Director Chip Hare, honored former Sinclair Women’s Basketball/Women’s Tennis Coach Linda O’Keefe Wednesday night with a moment of silence before the match. Coach O’Keefe passed away this past Friday after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Both Chip Hare and Linda O’Keefe are former University of Dayton Athletes.
