Pride Can't Get Anything Going Against Blazers Lose 8-2
Twice this season the Pride have faced Blazers RHP Michael Son and twice this year they have not been able to figure him out. Son dominated the Tartan offense and carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning. John Lydic had the only hit off Son with a RBI single and on the day the Pride only had two hits. Vincennes took advantage of Pride miscues all day and made the pitchers pay for their mistakes. In the end, another disappointing midweek performance from the Tartans.
The Pride will travel to Cleveland this weekend to play Cuyahoga Friday night and Lakeland Saturday. They will return home Sunday to play Lakeland in the final home conference date of the year.
