QUARTERS TO SEMESTERS 2012

Evaluation Week
During the final week of the semester all course sections will engage in an Evaluation Week. This week is reserved for conducting exams, presentations, portfolio reviews, etc. In general, there will be no introduction of new material during this week. However, in situations where school closings, holidays or other unavoidable lapses in classroom time occur, new material may be introduced during this week as “make-up” time.
During Evaluation Week, each class will meet at least one time, according to the schedule below.  Each class may also be scheduled to meet additional times during that week; students should consult the class syllabus to determine the Evaluation Week requirements for each of their classes. Final evaluations may not be given prior to Evaluation Week.
Final evaluation of student performance in full-term online courses must be conducted during Evaluation Week.
