Academic Dismissal and Readmission

If you have been dismissed for academic reasons and want to be readmitted, you must petition for readmission. 

To be readmitted:

  • Read the Readmission Policy.
  • Completing a Readmission Petition is required - form only available from your Academic Advisor. 
  • Make an appointment to see an academic advisor.
  • Complete the online Student Success Workshop for readmission. 
  • Complete the "Where Does My Time Go?" assignment found within the 'Student Success Workshop' and bring to the advising session.

2012-13 READMISSION DEADLINES

FALL SEMESTER 2012: August 15, 2012 (7 pm)

SPRING SEMESTER 2013: December 21, 2012 (5 pm)

SUMMER SEMESTER 2013: May 10, 2013 (5 pm)
