OCIS is an online career research tool that can be accessed through any Internet connection by using a Sinclair specific username and password that can be supplied by our office by emailing, calling or stopping into Career Services. OCIS provides the following career information relative to Ohio environment and even specific to major Ohio metropolitan areas such as Dayton, Cincinnati, Toledo, Columbus and Cleveland. OCIS recent enhancements allow users to obtain same occupational information for other states as well and allow comparison of data.

Our office also allows individuals to obtain hardcopy printouts of selected occupations. To obtain printouts just visit our office, checkin at the front desk and indicate you wish to get printouts from OCIS.
Other Career Center software, such as the Discover program, present national statistics which may not be entirely accurate for the Ohio job market.
