Scholarships

Sinclair Community College offers a variety of scholarship opportunities for students.  Scholarships are available to recent high school graduates, new students, current students and returning students.

2013-2014 Scholarships for 2013 High School Graduates are now open.  Click here for the application.  The priority deadline is March 1, 2013.     

SCC Choose Ohio First Scholarship-Deadline to apply is April 26, 2013.  Click here for the application

Institutional Scholarship applications are no longer available.  Students will be awarded automatically based on eligibility and the availability of funds. 

Displaced Worker Scholarship - The Sinclair Community College Board of Trustees established this scholarship to provide funding for special training to Dayton area workers, their spouses, and dependents who experienced a job loss due to plant closings, company or manufacturing layoffs, or buyouts.  Click here for more details

STARS - is now accepting scholarship applications for the Fall semester.  The deadline to apply for fall scholarships is June 26, 2013.  Award notifications will be sent July 19, 2013.

American Muscle Scholarship 2013-2014 -Scholarships available for those students pursuing an automotive degree or field of study.  Apply by June 15, 2013.  Click here for more details.

Augsburg Memorial Scholarship-Scholarship available for financial/systems management degrees.  Deadline to apply is May 4, 2013.  Click here for more details.

Beavercreek Women's League Women-In Transition Scholarship -  Scholarship available for Greene County Ohio female residents 25 years or older.  Must apply before July 1, 2013.  Click here for more details.

Builders Exchange Scholarship Program - Scholarship available for students who are seeking a degree in a construction-related field.  The deadline to apply is noon on February 22, 2013.  Click here for more details.

North America Taiwanese Women's Association (NATWA) Ohio Chapter Scholarship. Deadline to apply 3/22/13.  Click here for more information.

Ohio Distinguished Young Women of America Scholarship Program offers tuition scholarships.  To learn more about the scholarship program click here.

Sallie Mae Fund offers scholarships - Click here for more details.

ScholarshipPoints.com, a free college scholarship rewards program, has reached 500,000 members and will award up to $100,000 in scholarships to college students this year.  Click here for more details.

Signs Now of Dayton, Ohio Scholarship - Fall 2013 Scholarship available for $2,000 for a Visual Communications student.  Application deadline:  May 1, 2013 - Click here for more details.

Ohio Soybean Council Foundation Scholarship.  Scholarships available between $3000 and $5000.  Deadline to apply is January 15, 2013.  Apply at www.soyohio.org

Athletic Scholarships - Athletic scholarships are available for the following sports:

Men's Baseball Women's Tennis
  Women's Volleyball
