The Sinclair Conference Center is the only full-service conference center in the region certified through the esteemed International Association of Conference Centers. It is the venue of choice for over 400 business and non-profit clients and over 100,000 individuals annually. Located on Sinclair’s downtown campus, the conference center offers a wide variety of rentable spaces appropriate for galas, conferences, board meetings, small group meetings, classroom training and theater-style presentations.

The Sinclair Conference Center matches clients with a designated event-planning professional that crafts a Complete Meeting Package (CMP) which covers every detail of their event and addresses their unique needs. From the initial planning meeting to serving the last dessert, Sinclair’s staff offers an elevated level of service that surpasses any venue in the region.

Sinclair’s multimedia technology services are designed to ensure guests are connected with the latest technology, ranging from free Wi-Fi up to video conferencing and high definition projection that will make any presentation come alive.

Across 33,757 square feet of rentable meeting space, the Sinclair Conference Center offers a wide array of collaborative and interactive rooms for small groups, board meetings, break-out sessions, classroom training, theater presentations and large functions. Guests enjoy a distraction-free environment with sound-resistant walls for maximum privacy, adjustable lighting and ergonomically designed furnishings for all-day comfort. The venue includes flexible room arrangements, a theater-style auditorium, tiered classroom and breakout rooms. Additionally, the 14,587 square-foot Great Hall is the perfect space to host any large formal event, conference or tradeshow.
