Pitching Carries Pride Over Miami

Ian Creager
Ian Creager pitches at 2-0 No-Hitter

Jared Bourelle started on the mound for the Pride and held the Thunderhawks to only three hits in six innings of work.  The Sinclair offense did their job, scoring three in the 3rd and three in the 5th.  Colby Clark pitched a scoreless 7th to finish the game.
Final Score: Sinclair 6 Miami-Middletown 0
WP: Jared Bourelle 1-0
Offensive Leaders: Brandon Napier 2-3 RS, Marcus Heath 2-2 2RS 2B HR 3 RBI's.

Ian Creager started for the Pride in the 2nd game and continued the dominance over the MUM hitters.  Creager cruised through the first six innings only allowing two base runners, both on walks.  Entering the 7th with a 9-0 lead, Creager had to retire the 2, 3, & 4 batters to complete the No-Hitter.  After getting two flyouts, and being one out away from a No-No, Creager's 1-2 pitched was popped up down the 3rd base line and David Moss made the catch over the shoulder to finish the game.

Final Score: Sinclair 9 Miami-Middletown 0
WP: Ian Creager 2-0 NO-HITTER!
Offensive Leaders: Chas Harper 2-4 2RS 2B, Brandon Napier 1-2 RS 2 RBI's, Marcus Heath 2-3 RS RBI, Cale Marker 1-3 BB HR.
