What is the program about?
Develop management, supervision and leadership skills required by upper-level executive-grade officers. These skills are needed to effectively manage fire protection and emergency services in today’s complex fire service environment and command complex multi-company and multi-jurisdictional emergency incidents. This certificate meets objectives of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 1021, Fire Officer Professional Qualifications Levels III and IV.Program Outcomes
- Identify the needs of a fire and emergency services delivery system and the strategic planning needed to address those needs

- Approval of Department
Credentials
Current Ohio firefighter certification and completed a Fire Officer II program from an approved institution.
